General

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. We may update these terms at any time, and the version posted on this page applies to your use of the store.

Products and Pricing

We sell women’s handbags, including tote bags, crossbody bags, and clutches. We list each product with its size, material, and price, and try to photograph it as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in natural materials such as leather and suede are normal. All prices are in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices, correct errors, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or listed at an incorrect price.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or stock issues, and will refund you in full if that happens.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is taken at checkout. See our Payment Policy for full details.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only, using a flat rate of $7.39 USD per order. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and carrier transit takes 3 to 7 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 4 to 9 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the same day we are open. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. There is no restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Product Care

Handbags are made from materials such as leather, suede, and crystal or rhinestone detailing. Please follow any care guidance in the product description to keep your bag in good condition.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Mascot Toys or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mascot Toys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States.
