Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not offered at this time. If we expand internationally, this policy will be updated.

Shipping Rate

We charge a flat rate of $7.39 USD per order, no matter how many items you buy.

Carrier

We ship with USPS. The carrier used may vary depending on the shipment and delivery destination, and we may add other carriers in the future.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our business hours are Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time are processed that same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on a day we are closed, are processed the next available business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order ships, we will email it to you so you can follow your package.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you provided. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is much later than expected, email us with your order number and we will help sort it out.
