What do you sell?
We sell women’s handbags, including tote bags, crossbody bags, and clutches.
Where can I find sizes and materials?
Each product page includes a description with the size and material details. If something is unclear, contact us before you order.
Will the bag look exactly like the photo?
We try to show every bag as accurately as possible, but colors can look slightly different on different screens, and natural materials such as leather and suede can vary a little from bag to bag.
Orders and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment processor, and we never store your full card number.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available right now.
How much is shipping?
A flat rate of $7.39 USD per order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and carrier transit takes 3 to 7 business days, so the total estimated delivery time is 4 to 9 business days.
What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a day we are closed, are processed the next available business day.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship with USPS. The carrier may vary depending on the shipment and destination.
How do I track my order?
Every order ships with a tracking number, which we email to you once your order ships.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the bag you want.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go to your original payment method within up to 10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will help you right away.
